Our fresh food is made daily in Melbourne from fresh ingredients and without preservatives, then it is immediately frozen or chilled to preserve taste and properties strictly according to health regulations.
Please note due to Liquor Licencing restrictions, alcohol must be purchased with a food item, max 2 bottles of wine or 1 bottle of wine and 6 beers or 12 beers per transaction.
Oven: pre-heat oven to 180°C (conventional). Place schnitzel onto grease proof paper on oven-proof tray. Spray with a small amount of olive oil.
Once oven is heated place schnitzel in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Pan: heat a deep frying pan with the oil and fry the schnitzels 1 or 2 at a time, cooking until golden brown, approximately 3 minute for each side, flip gently.
