Our fresh food is made daily in Melbourne from fresh ingredients and without preservatives, then it is immediately frozen or chilled to preserve taste and properties strictly according to health regulations.

Stove: pour the sauce into a small saucepan. Let it come to a boil, then reduce the heat so that the sauce gently bubbles. Keep the simmer going for about 3 minutes, add a little bit of water if the sauce is too thick.
Microwave: place your food in a microwave safe container and heat on a medium level for approx. 3 min.

This sauce is considered to be one of the fiery or spicier types of tomato sauces from Italy. Arrabbiata, which is a term generally used to describe aspects of anger or rage, is applied to the characteristics and intensity of this sauce made with chile peppers and tomato. Our sauce is also "ricca", enriched with olives and capers to add taste to this spicy sauce. Penne with arrabbiata sauce and some pecorino cheese are a tastefull dish that never will disappointing you. The sauce can be also used for a faux chicken spicy casserole dish
